Update: There were a lot of questions about this, so I'll try my best to answer...

When I tested this out yesterday I did it on a desktop and honestly it seemed easier, but since most people access the internet via their mobile device and iHeart is doing this to promote their app, I tried it today by going through the app... I'll try to walk you through step by step (hee hee).

If you haven't already, download the iHeart radio app and launch the app

Sign up for an account or sign in if you already have an account

Go back to your web browser and click on this link. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and look for the "Click to enter" button.

Log into your iHeart account (note: you might have to scroll back up a bit to see this pop up)

Then you will get a screen like this. Enter your info.

Click on every red button to listen (it seems to be ok if you only listen for a few seconds). There might have been a glitch this morning since I had to click on 8 buttons. Yesterday on the desktop I only had to click on 4. But yes it seems you have to "listen" to them all. Once you're done filling out the boxes and listening, make sure you have check marks next to every line. 

Then you will get a screen like this with options to share to social media for extra entries. I think you can only enter once per day.
