Missing interviews

I want this site to be a resource for current New Kids on the Block news, but also a comprehensive resource for all “post-reunion” news, interviews, memories and more. Unfortunately I didn't think to make backup copies of the content until more recent years.  If you go through some old posts, you’ll probably see some that say something like “Update: Interview has been deleted. Does anyone have this saved?"  I put that in there as a placeholder in hopes that maybe someone has a copy of it, and we can get it back online.  So, if you have a copy of the content or know where to find it, let me know! You can contact me via any of my social media (links: Instagram, Facebook or X) or by leaving a comment on the site.

Update: To help encourage everyone to look through your old digital files, anyone who successfully sends me a file or the correct link to any of these missing video or audio files will be entered to win a Mixtape Tour 2022 Blockhead Bed Sheet collection tote bag. These are no longer available for sale, so it's a rare opportunity to get one! If you send more than one, each one will be counted as an entry. Contest ends January 31, 2025, and I will do a random drawing on February 1.

Update: contest is ended, but I'm going to leave this list up, so if you find any of them, please let me know!

Note: I will delete links on this list as they are found.

I guess this is mostly about video interviews, but for text posts the Internet archive often has articles https://web.archive.org/ It also saves some YouTube videos and maybe some other video posts (though more rarely). For something that might be saved in some form in the Internet archive, It can actually be useful to keep the dead link on the relevant page, because that's the only way to find it in the Internet Archive. Or even if the video interview isn't there, sometimes the archived page will include details that could help one find the video. (The Internet archive should also have the original posts from this site which would include the original link if it's been deleted.)

The audio commentary for the Season 4 Blue Bloods episode Donnie directed is on the Season 4 DVD, which is widely available for purchase.

I think the 2014 interview about the partners on Blue Bloods that also features Will Estes and Vanessa Ray sounds like this one that also fits datewise : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUNj4Ra4zKU

Thanks @newsjunkie for the tips! I spent a lot of time looking at archive.org about a year ago and did find some of the articles and once in a blue moon a video. Thankfully they also archived nkotbnews so I was able to try the original links. I'll look into the Blue Bloods link, thanks!

Not a missing interview exactly, but I believe this person has full-length video footage of the Season 14 wrap party comments from Donnie (and other cast members) https://www.tiktok.com/@thetiktokthrasher https://www.instagram.com/jerrytodiscoo/ Some of it is on the Season 14 DVD, but not all. (It was originally livestreamed the day of on TikTok). Maybe you could reach out and see if they are willing to make it available now.....

The video from the Blue Bloods special "Celebrating a Family Legacy" has been removed from CBS/Paramount Plus. One can still find it from unauthorized sources if one knows where to look, or maybe others have saved it as well.
